A camping trip to remember....
We took Alex on his first camping adventure. It was a blast... for him! A good time was had by all but he was of course running all around and in need of constant chasing. The race to keep up with this two year old distracts from cooking, tending fire, cleaning, oh and even just trying to relax in the woods. It was a great time with friends and family but hopefully next time I won't have those moments of complete rage wishing that my tent was set up in my backyard.

Bucket List #3
Finally really learn to play guitar. I will be starting this item this month! Yay!
Suprise! Again!
I am heading in the right direction... .65 in 12 minutes! I don't want to turn into my grandmother as much as I love her I don't want to be her size. I hope you are happier grandma, and I hope you are proud of me for trying. xo
And Thank you Eric for helping me stay focused.

Not so hot! Ahhh...
So Mary stopped by to do a quick run. I quickly jumped on her coattails and did a quick ten minute half a mile. I am extremely happy. Ahhh :) Oh and we had an excellent lunch of hot dogs (Alex and I had chicken dogs) and salad. Ribs, broccoli, carrots and brown rice for dinner. Yum!

99 degree attic
So I am once again going to start my journey to a happier self. Alex is now two and I am so uncomfortable with my size that I must take some action. I had a meltdown at the Bair's 4th of July party. Before I know it Alex will tell me that I am fat. Babies tell the truth and I just don't want to hear it. So it begins on a 99 degree summer afternoon. I jogged .5 mile in 11 minutes in my hot hot hot attic with a small fan blowing on my face. Today is the first day of the rest of my new life. (size 18)
